Sermons
Bible-based, Christ-exalting, expository messages are preached from the pulpit every time we gather for worship.
We typically use the English Standard Version Bible to read and understand God’s word. All of scripture is useful for learning and knowing who God is and what he has done for us.
Every Sunday sermon is available on Spotify, or through any podcast player in audio. Each week is live on YouTube.
Service is at 10:00am every Sunday. We praise God through songs, we pray together, and we listen to an expositional sermon taught from the Bible.
MBC Kids is a full Sunday morning packed with fun songs, videos, crafts, games and more! Bible-lessons come alive through The Gospel Project.

9:45am is plenty of time to park, check-in kids downstairs, and find a pew before
service starts at 10am. -
The church is at 113 Bruce St, next to Anne Hatheway Public just off of Downie St in the south end of town. The main entrance doors are on the driveway-side of the building, beside a drop-off zone and an accessible ramp doorway.

There is a parking lot available beside and behind the church building, plus public parking along Bruce, Essex, or Borden streets.

T-shirts and shorts are normal in the summer, sweaters and jeans in the winter. Everyone comes as they are, some in suit jackets and dresses, others in hoodies and running shoes.

MBC Kids is for age 4 to grade 5 and childcare for ages 0-3 is available.
Our Sunday school program, MBC Kids, is downstairs for the duration of service. The kids are brought up to participate for the first half, and then they return to their classrooms for stories and crafts and fun. We use a Check-in system for security and organization, and a volunteer is always ready to help at the station near the bottom of the stairs.The first Sunday of the month the oldest classroom remains in service

There is designated parking near the front of the parking lot, as well as alongside the driveway. The side of the building has a ramp to the front door for access, as well as a lift inside to move between the lobby and the lower level. There is space in the sanctuary along the centre aisle for wheelchairs and other assistive utilities.
You can pre-register your children for Sunday School ahead of time to make check-in as smooth as possible Sunday morning.

Singing is a staple part of what we do when we gather together on Sunday mornings.
Each song is carefully chosen to worship God in beautiful melody with learnable lyrics, and themes that reflect the revealed majesty of The Lord from His Word. We keep a playlist called Songs We Sing at MBC that closely matches the songs we pick from all year (with the exception of Christmas) that you can listen to anytime.
